I’m Deanna, the writer behind this website. I’m also an NASM certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach through the elite Precision Nutrition program for fitness professionals, a mom of four, and I just had the healthiest pregnancy and post-partum experience of my life. With Fit After Pregnancy One-on-One Coaching:
- I will either plan your meals for you (Customized Meal Plan) or your calorie and macronutrient intake (Macros Plan). You will eat foods you enjoy, and can say goodbye to extreme diets.
- I will plan your fitness program based on your current schedule and what you enjoy.
- I will check in with you every week to see how your progress is coming along, and I will be available to you at anytime for questions or support.
- I will help you learn to use the scale as a tool and not as an emotional trigger.
- I will coach you through body image positivity, self-care, and self-acceptance.
Because of the nature of personalized programs, I am only able to accept 20 clients at a time.
