About a year ago I was flying home from meeting with my mentorship of business women feeling connected and inspired, ready to take on the world, when I had an idea that gave me chills.
Who needs connection, validation, and inspiration more than the moms of my community?
My career is unique in that I have an inside peek at the REAL lives of moms each and every day, not the polished social media version that most of us are seeing. I hear the struggles, I witness the tears, I comfort the fears. And I do this all day, every day.
And it breaks my heart, because an underlying theme behind all of this is a feeling of isolation and being the only one who is struggling (and perceived to be failing).
Behind the scenes, moms are struggling with the overwhelm of a chaotic life in which they feel constant Mom Guilt, while also battling negative thoughts over their bodies and are desperately turning to diets and excessive workout programs to “fix” it….and then failing and feeling worse on repeat.
So I thought…what if I brought client A and client B together and showed them that they are actually really normal and not alone? What could that do for their morale? What if they could learn my concepts and philosophies together, with the support of one another? What if they could immerse themselves in a POSITIVE, safe environment that taught them how to approach their health and fitness from a place of love and not hate, surrounded by other women just like them trying to do the same?
My idea was two-fold: an in-person event (the Strength In Mothers Retreat, which was brought to reality this past weekend in such a MAGICAL way – view the highlights here) and the Strength in Mothers Mentorship, which is now in it’s fifth month and has been my most successful and powerful program in my 5 years of this business.
The massive success of these two ideas has shown me that my hunch was right:
We need each other.
The ladies who attended the retreat are already reporting back how much more balanced and positive they felt re-integrating back into their busy lives. And now they have new friendships to turn to in the moments they’re feeling overwhelmed or like they are slipping back into old diet, body-hating mindsets; women who will remind them of the strength they saw in them at the top of the hike or in group sharing time at the retreat.
The Mentorship is so bonded that they are begging me to extend their program.
These women are no different than you other than they took the extraordinary step to take action in improving the quality of their lives. They made a choice to invest time and money in themselves, and they are getting massive returns on their investment.
Improved body image. Improved relationship with food. Consistent healthy habits. Special connections with new friends. And happiness levels off the chart.
If you are feeling isolated and alone in your struggles, I want to hear from you. Are you struggling with your relationship with food? Are you feeling uncomfortable in your skin? Is food and your body always on your mind, stealing your mind space away from motherhood and the things that really matter?
I get it, I do. And I want to help get you started in the right direction.
This month only I’m taking a limited number (15) of complimentary 1:1 strategy sessions to help women get direction and momentum going. These strategy sessions are for:
- Moms who struggle with compulsive eating, nighttime eating, weekend eating, stress or emotional eating
- Moms who are obsessed with food and their bodies, and it’s stealing the joy of motherhood
- Moms who are sick of counting calories and macros, restricting their favorite foods, but still want to have a healthy and fit body
- Moms who have “tried everything” but nothing seems to stick and they can’t figure out why
- Moms who are having trouble accepting their bodies after having a baby
- Moms who follow and fail at diets and workout programs over and over again but can’t figure out why.

- Moms who are ready to take massive action toward improving their quality of life
Here are the details:
1-The strategy sessions are 15-30 minutes max
2-You’ll tell me what you’re struggling with the most, and what’s stopping you from living a life of freedom
3-You’ll get a high-level strategy from me to help you overcome these obstacles
4-I’ll tell you what it would look like for us to work together and help you execute your strategy with the support of women just like you
